Dubai Online Real Estate Search Grows

CEO and Founder of Leo Sterling, Laura Martorano writes about a 45.5% growth in internet search for properties. There are many obvious preferences for using the internet to search properties we’ve talked about here recently, and the numbers of buyers and renters performing their first or second or even final searches strictly online is on the rise.

The figure for home buyers (re)searching the internet for real estate ranges from between 80-90% in different places. It would be interesting to poll the numbers in UAE also.
